Got new Graphics card, Gw super lag all the time, need help!
Ok so i have a Dell 3000 desktop and i have had GW for about 5 months, i played with my integrated 96mb onboard. So anyway i only have pci to work with so i got a top pci card which is a 256 x1300 pci graphics card, but now it doesnt matter weather or not graphics are on highest or lowest. GW is very laggy all the time and ive reinstalled driver and card and no change, if i switch back to integrated it works okay again, but on the card it wont. The card plays everthing else very nice and beautiful. Any ideas?

Can you disable the onboard graphics card?

What are your complete specs, RAM and such, did you completely remove the old onboard drivers? And, there should be a power cable to the new card, dont forget that, the new card needs some juice lol.

If the onboard was an nvidia, you ened to un-install the nVidia drivers using DriverCleaner, or NVRemove (or similar) - and re-boot a couple of times during this... THEN you need to install the latest ATI Catalyst Drivers, and then update to the latest DirectX (August 2006) -- this should solve all your problems..
Oh, and make sure the on-board one is disabled in the Bios

What resolution are you playing at?
Rest of your system specs.
I would imagine that the fact it plays everything else fine would indicate it just dosent like GW

256 RAM on this comp. Runs fine.
512 RAM on other computer. Runs a little less better.

ok, i have a 2.8ghz processor, 1gig of ram, 256 X1300 graphics car, so theres no reason it shouldnt be running great, like i said in my original post, it ran okay on low graphics with my integrated intel extreme 2 graphics at 96mb, but now i cant get it to stop laggin tryed everthing i can think of, its just not in game, its even laggy in the log in screen, so i so confused on what the problem is.
